Energy Savings Awards 2022 Winner

PARKdesigned have been involved in the Carbon Management Programme for Westminster City Council. It was recently announced that the project won Public Sector Project of the Year at the Energy Savings Awards 2022.

North Leeds Residential Extension

PARKdesigned are well underway with the construction of their large two storey side extension, house alteration and loft conversion. The detached house in the North Leeds Conservation Area has now been completed covered by a scaffold tent.

New Energy Centre

PARKdesigned have begun work on a new £8m renewable energy centre and underground pipe network. The proposed two storey energy centre will use a combination of water pumps within the energy centre which will draw geothermal energy from the abandoned flooded mines and air source heat pumps to provide low carbon heat to residents and council buildings via a pipe network.

PARKdesigned have started construction on three townhouses in central Harrogate. The townhouses are a stones throw from the train station and sit within the Conservation Area. The building was previously used as a Police Station and a Court House.

PARKdesigned have begun work on the construction of a four storey building in the suburb of Wembley, London. The existing residence on Forty Lane will be demolished as part of the project, with our new building taking its place. It will consist of 7no. flats with a car park, space for communal amenities and associated cycle and refuse storage.
