PERMITTED DEVELOPMENT
PARKdesigned were commissioned by Frontiera Real Estate Ltd as project Architect for the conversion of the former Chubb HQ Building in Sunbury. The 12 storey 50,000ft building had been used as an office for Chubb Security before Permitted Development rights had been obtained to convert the space into 80, one and two bedroom luxury apartments.
PARKdesigned were appointed by IPM Estates to create a mixed use development on a prominent derelict town centre site in Camberley. The conversion and extension of the existing building will secure it from further damage and the completion of development will improve the setting of this gateway site. The total development consists of 81 Apartments.
PARKdesigned were appointed to re-invigorate a stalled construction project at 1-3 Station Road Sunbury. The original project (an office to residential permitted development scheme) had stopped on site, when the contractor had gone into liquidation, with a partially erected frame and the building left open to the elements.
PARKdesigned were appointed by Persimmon Homes to review the structural and build-ability of the planning drawings and prepare a working drawing package for the apartments at the Germany Beck development in York. The apartment buildings range from three and four storeys with a mixture of render, cladding and brickwork.
