Drub House Alteration and Extension

PARKdesigned have recently completed an extensive house alteration and two storey side and rear extension in Bradford for a previous client. Having sold their previous house where we designed a two storey side extension they came back to us to help them with their new house. The existing house was completely transformed on the ground floor with a new welcoming entrance hall, office, utility and a boot room with dog shower. A new broken living approach was taken with the rear extension by the living space separated to the kitchen and dining by a semi-open bookcase. A pantry was also designed in the new space that was created by altering the existing layout. At the first floor a new master suite was designed that had views across the countryside. A two storey rear and side extension was built to provide the family with a new garage, double height hallway with stairs up to a new studio area with its own kitchen and bathroom.

The project was meant to be a two phased project but it was completed as one.
