Grade 2 Listed Building

PARKdesigned have recently completed further works on Chadwick Lodge a Grade 2* listed building in the centre of Leeds. The first phase of the project was to turning the existing building into a recording studio. Further information for this phase can be found by clicking on the button below. The second phase was to convert the existing roof space. A new staircase leading to a kitchen, lounge, bathroom and bedroom was designed. The existing features of the building were retained and highlighted were possible with the interior finishes mirroring the rest of the building.
