Private Residential Extension Leeds

PARKdesigned were approached by a private client to renovate and extend her home. The property on Templegate Avenue in Leeds will be designed to include an open plan kitchen/living/dining space on the ground floor, with the kitchen to feature an island, large fridge freezer, double ovens and induction hob.

The dining space will be fit for the seating of 4-6 people, courtesy of the corner bench seating we plan to fit and the existing ground floor bathroom will become a shower room with the WC in this room to be changed from a saniflo to a normal WC.

The ground floor also currently has an office, which is being used as a multi-use room, but as per the client’s request, it will return to its original use. 

The client would also like the existing rooms at the rear of the property to have more space, so the first floor extension will add a master room with en-suite and dressing room as well as another larger second bedroom, also with en-suite. The existing dormer in the guest room will be made bigger and brought out to be in line with the single storey extension. 

As far as the exterior goes, a walkway will lead to a covered hot tub and we will be designing a summer house for the storage of bikes and gym equipment.
