Leeds City Centre Penthouse Apartment

PARKdesigned have gained planning approval and listed building consent approval for the complete refurbishment of a penthouse apartment on Greek Street in the centre of Leeds.

The renovation will include relocating the kitchen and living room to provide direct access to the balcony area from the living spaces and removing two walls in the existing bedrooms to create a single space for living.

The master bedroom, which will also be moved to the east side of the property, will have an en suite and the relocation of the second bedroom to the place of the existing living room will allow for two double bedrooms.

Our planned changes include adjustments to the building’s exterior, such as the introduction of more glazing to the existing purple timber extension leading onto the balcony.

The balcony area will be accessible via a large critical window and door, helping to bring natural light into the proposed kitchen.
