North Leeds Residential Extension

PARKdesigned are well underway with the construction of their large two storey side extension, house alteration and loft conversion. The detached house in the North Leeds Conservation Area has now been completed covered by a scaffold tent. The side extension which is the size of a standard 3 bedroom semi-detached house will have a large open plan kitchen/living/dining, utility and WC on the ground floor with a master suite on the first floor. The existing loft space will be converted into a fifth bedroom with bathroom.

The existing roof has been stripped and the trusses have been added to the new two storey side extension. The whole house has been tented to shield it from the weather over the winter months so that work can keep progressing. We will keep you updated with the progress over the coming months.
