Horsforth Extension

PARKdesigned have recently completed a single storey rear extension in Horsforth. Along with a new rear extension the ground floor was re-designed and the basement was made into a habitable space with a new light-well. The rear extension was designed with an up and over rooflight that floods the kitchen/dining with natural light. A view from front to back was essential to the design and this has been created. A pivot door was also designed to provide interest when going to the garden. The existing basement was made habitable by the existing floor being removed and a new light-well being constructed. All the team and the client are very happy with the end product.
