House alteration and Extension Wakefield

PARKdesigned have recently gained planning permission for a large extension to a private dwelling in Wakefield. A new two storey side and rear extension has been designed along with a complete internal refurbishment. The new extensions will provide a large open plan kitchen/living/dining area along with a new gym, sitting room, garage and utility space on the ground floor. At first floor a large master suite has been designed with view across the fields. A terrace at first floor and a large patio area have also been designed to take advantage of the views. Work has begun on the Building Regulations information with the hope to start construction in the New Year.
