Work has begun on our residential extension for two houses in the Conservation of Chapel Allerton. After the client having planning refused they came to PARKdesigned for help. Following a carefully detailed design to be in keeping with the existing house but having a modern twist, we were able to obtain full planning for both clients.

We are pleased to announce that work has started on our energy centre in Hebburn. The cladding has started to be fitted to the steel framework. The energy centre is progressing fast with the 272-metre pipe network and other infrastructure already complete. The network will initially connect to Durham Court a residential tower block and the Hebburn Central leisure centre. This should cut carbon emissions by around 319 tonnes a year.
