ABOUT THE PROJECT

PARKdesigned were asked by a private client to completely alter and update their ground floor along with creating a master suite on the first floor in the existing house. We also designed a new two storey side and rear extension as part of the build. The new two storey side extension provides a garage, double height hallway with stairs up to a new studio area with its own kitchen and bathroom. The existing house has been modified to remove the old awkward dark spaces. A new open plan kitchen/living/dining at the rear of the property provides views of the large garden and beyond. The existing stairs has been moved and a new pantry, utility, boot room with dog shower and office were created.
