North Leeds Conservation Area

PARKdesigned have begun work on transforming a tired and run down home in the North Leeds Conservation area.

The existing house is need of a completely transformation as the existing house has not been touched for years. The existing floorplan will be modernised with a large open plan kitchen/living/dining taking centre stage at the rear of the property. A new boot room, utility, office, lounge and entertainment space will also added to the ground floor. On the first floor the existing bedrooms and bathroom will be renovated. with the existing roof to be removed and replaced to allow for a new master suite.
