Knaresborough Home Extension and Alteration

PARKdesigned have submitted for planning approval for a complete house refurbishment and two storey extension to a home in Knaresborough. The existing house has been left untouched for years and requires a complete renovation.

The designs bring the existing house up to modern standards but also increases the square footage. A two storey extension will provide a double height entrance hall, a double car garage and cinema room on the ground floor. On the first floor the extension provides three double bedrooms, one that has an en-suite and dressing area. In the existing house a new open plan kitchen/living/dining has been designed that opens up to the large rear garden.

The existing house is surrounded by large gardens and even has private access to the river Nidd. We are really looking forward to starting on site at the end of this year.
