Residential Development Wakefield

PARKdesigned have begun work on a new build residential development in Wakefield. The 18 unit scheme has recently had a non-material amendment approved with work now starting on the Building Regulations information. The approved non-material amendment was to move the planning approved building away from the existing building.

This building is part of a large residential development consisting of 4 buildings with the total number of units being 57. Building 2 has been converted and sold with Building 3 nearing completion. Work will start on Building 5 at the end of the year with Building 6 following on.

The existing site for building 5 is currently cleared.
