RICS AWARDS 2018

PARKdesigned have been shortlisted for the prestigious RICS Awards 2018 in the Commercial category for the Steeper Group Scheme. A new manufacturing facility and headquarters was needed for Steeper to bring more than 200 office and factory staff together under one roof following their existing facilities being flooded Christmas 2015. The new £2M headquarters provides Steeper Group with a flexible open facility that accommodates their requirements for all group manufacturing and administrative functions.

The RICS Awards showcase the most inspirational initiatives and developments in land, real estate, construction and infrastructure. Across eight individual categories, the awards are regarded as the premier property and construction awards in the country, celebrating the most innovative projects in the region and their impact on local communities. The category winners and Project of the Year winner will be announced at the Awards Ceremony and Dinner on 11th May 2018 at the Centenary Pavilion, Leeds United Football Club so fingers crossed.
