ANOTHER PLANNING APPROVAL
PARKdesigned have recently received planning approval for a sympathetic extension to a house in the Leeds Conservation Area. The extension will bring the existing house into modern day living by a new open plan kitchen/living/dining being created. A new entrance hallway has also been designed to provide access into the re-located utility and WC. A main design feature is the Crittall screen that allows the family to have a magnificent, uncompromised, view of the garden; each pane of glass framing a different picture postcard section of the amazing garden.
