HOUSE CONVERSION LEEDS
PARKdesigned have recently completed an exclusive development of two spacious five bedroom period town houses located in the heart of Roundhay, Leeds. These sumptuous houses combine the original features of the Victorian era with modern luxury fixtures and fittings of a stunning new build home.
Both houses spread over four floors and were stripped back to the brick work to bring them back to life. Key features that were added to the houses were parquet flooring, Nest heating systems, large open plan kitchens and restored original stained glass windows.
