Residential Extension Wakefield

PARKdesigned have started work on redesigning a large house in Wakefield. The existing house did not work for a growing family that required more space and wanted to establish a better link with the garden. Internally a new social space, kitchen and dining area has been designed. Although this area is one open space, changes of level provide distinct zones. A rear extension has then been designed to provide the client with a playroom and office on the ground floor and a master suite on the first floor along with a larger second bedroom. Large rear windows have been proposed to draw in the proposed landscape garden into the house. A new front extension has also been designed to provide the house with a new entrance lobby.
