Planning Approval for housing development

PARKdesigned have recently been granted planning approval for the demolition of a public house and the construction of 5no. detached house with integral garages and associated off street parking.

The dilapidated public house was acquired by our private client who then asked us to review the site to see what would be achievable. After discussions with the local council we have gained approval for 5no detached houses that are in-keeping with the local vernacular. The houses have their own integral garage with a further 1no off street parking space, large gardens front and rear with a modern internal layout. The overall gross internal floor area for the houses is 600m².
