PARKdesigned were appointed by Persimmon Homes for the apartments at the Germany Beck development in York. The planing drawings were initially reviewed to eliminate structural and build-ability issues remnant in existing designs. PARKdesigned then produced a set of working drawings and details for construction relating to each of the 3no. apartment block types.
