PENTHOUSE APARTMENT LEEDS
PARKdesigned are currently on-site with a full refurbishment of a penthouse apartment in Leeds City Centre. The existing curved walls and poor layout have been removed to create a flexible living and dining space to suit the residents needs. A large kitchen/dining area has also been designed to provide the client with entertaining space that can spill out onto the balcony.
Where most apartments would struggle for storage space, PARKdesigned have created a mezzanine area above the kitchen. This area is accessed via a loft ladder and will provide the client with some additional space they thought they would never have. A large warehouse door has been specified not only to create a main feature but also to give the apartment a converted loft feel.
