NEW BUILD HOUSE RECEIVES PLANNING

PARKdesigned have been granted planning permission for a new build house in Wakefield. This unique house was designed under a complicated brief with a family home and also an office for a Funeral Directors business needed. In terms of design details, a recessed area on the corner of the building allows the entrances to become distinct and will have feature brick on-edge detailing to bring a contemporary feel to the house.

The new build house will have large aluminium windows and a zinc rear extension that will enhance the modern feel of the build. The build will hopefully begin early next year.
