North Leeds Extension

PARKdesigned have begun construction for a rear extension and full house renovation in Roundhay, Leeds. The rear extension creates a new open plan kitchen/living/dining with large sliding doors A new WC and Utility with rear entrance has also been designed for the client along with a new first floor bathroom. Charred cladding will be used externally for the extension with the glulam roof joists being exposed internally.

The charred cedar cladding is a modern application of the ancient Japanese art of charring timber to provide a beautiful and long lasting timber cladding.
