Myers Building Merchants Superbranch

PARKdesigned have recently been granted planning approval for a new super-branch for Myers Building Merchants. The proposed redevelopment aims to create a new super-branch including specialist timber merchant supplies for Myers Group Ltd in Huddersfield.

With fourteen branches throughout Yorkshire, Myers provide products, services and materials to the construction industry and employ approximately 350 people. As a customer focused company Myers offer an easy one-stop shopping experience ‘made for trade, open to all’.

The site is currently occupied by Myers Building Supplies containing warehouses, office headquarters, skip hire, timber yard and ready mix plant. The site provides an opportunity to create a high quality, more efficient development for the existing business providing the opportunity for expansion in the future.
