House alteration Leeds

PARKdesigned have recently started work on a house alteration in Roundhay, Leeds. The existing terrace house situated within the Roundhay Conservation area will be transformed into a family home for modern living.

A whole house refurbishment is currently taking place with a completion date set at the end of August. PARKdesigned have re-designed the layout of the house to provide an open plan kitchen/living/dining area on the ground floor. The existing single storey extension will be transformed with corner to corner bi-folding doors to make help natural light flood into the property and also create the inside/outside feel. Additional space has been created on the second floor by the design of a large dormer. This creates another family bathroom and also extra space for the existing bedroom.
