Leeds House Conversion and Extension

PARKdesigned have recently completed a house conversion and extension in Menston, Leeds. The existing ground floor of the house was completely refurbished with the existing conservatory replaced for a large single storey extension to the rear of the property. The extension was designed to have large expanses of glass to take advantage of the fantastic views.

The existing ground floor was re-designed to provide the client with a modern layout. An open plan living/kitchen/dining area was designed at the heart of the property. A separate pantry and utility were also designed in this space to give the client additional storage space. One lovely feature was that a new cinema room was created to give the house a touch of luxury.
