LEEDS HORSFORTH EXTENSION

PARKdesigned are delighted to announce that we have started work on a single storey rear and side extension for a house at 40b Lee Lane East Horsforth, Leeds.

The side extension will add a utility room, wc/shower and office to the property. The utility will have easy access from the dining room while the office will be accessible from the hall leading to the living room.

The rear extension will provide an open plan kitchen living and dining space to add to the property’s already existing living space at the front of the property.

The project, which will be completed using materials that match the existing property, is set to be a lovely addition to the conservation area in Horsforth.
