Leeds Residential Extension

PARKdesigned have recently submitted for planning approval for a large rear extension to a residential property in Leeds. The existing 5 bedroom house with separate stables did not work on the ground floor for a family of 5. The kitchen and living spaces were relocated to the other side of the house to take advantage of the large garden and views. A new open plan kitchen/living/dining space has been created with a corner window and overhanging flat roof. The existing kitchen which was dark and small is now a large bright space which also has a pantry.
