HOUSE EXTENSION LEEDS

PARKdesigned have received planning permission for a residential extension in Morley. The new extension provides a better connection to the garden with views from the kitchen area, and allows the dining area to spill outside. A central kitchen provides a focal point for the openness of the re-configured ground floor that was once a number of dark and enclosed spaces.  Although the materials used will match the existing house, a modern extension has been created by the clean lines of the roof and a large sliding door. A sky lantern has also be designed to provide extra light into the middle of the house.

Construction will begin towards then end of this year so stay tuned for more news.
