Single storey extension halifax

PARKdesigned have recently submitted for planning approval for a lovely single storey rear extension in Halifax. The extension has large amounts of glazing with the sliding doors being 6m in width and the roof having four large skylights to help flood the middle of the house with natural light. The external materials will be stone to match the existing house.

Internally the extension will have a large open plan kitchen/dining/snug area with a separate pantry, utility and boot room. A new two way fire has also been designed between the existing lounge that will be renovated and the new snug. Other changes are a new games room and a full renovation of the existing house.
