NEW BUILD HOUSE LEEDS
PARKdesigned are currently developing the concept design for a new build house South West of Leeds. The site is part of an agricultural small holding within the green belt. The design is required to be truly outstanding, of exceptional quality, sustainable and innovative in order to meet Paragraph 55 of the National Planning Policy Framework. The client has requested that it must also take advantage of the beautiful views across the valley that the site commands.
