House alteration and Extension Halifax

PARKdesigned are currently on-site in Halifax with an entire house refurbishment and rear extension. The existing orangery has been demolished and replaced with a single storey rear extension that is nearly the same size as the original house! The new extension will provide the client with a multi-functional space where she can live and entertain.

The kitchen has been moved to the centre of the house and will become the prime focus of the extension with wall to floor storage and a substantial island. A two way fire has been designed in part of the extension that helps the existing house flow into the new. Large bi-folding doors and 4 roof lanterns from Express Bi-folding have also been designed to flood the house with as much natural light as possible.

Completion is due early January.
