PARKdesigned have recently submitted for Planning Approval for 86 apartments in Telford.

The project encompasses the redevelopment of the existing Eden Complex site, in Oakengates, Telford in order to facilitate new residential accommodation. The proposal aims to provide a high quality residential scheme located in close proximity to Oakengates Centre. The apartments have been located to the east of the site with the building scale decreasing in height as you move towards the site entrance and Canongate.Communal rooftop gardens are included at the stepped back roof levels to provide residents with a lush green space over looking the surrounding landscape. The space is to be multifaceted with small trees, shrubs, and include a variety of spaces that can be used for social gatherings, allotment raised bed planting or simply as a space to relax and reflect.

The proposed development includes the following:-

• 86 apartments

- 65no. 1 bed apartments

- 21no. 2 bed apartments.

• 2 communal rooftop gardens.
