Planning Approval Selby

PARKdesigned have recently received planning approval from Selby Council for a single storey rear extension. The original brief from the client was to transform a disconnected house and provide a family zone where they can cook, live and play. The existing conservatory was removed and a new single storey rear extension that is orientated towards the garden was proposed. A large corner window was designed to bring the garden into the new space creating a better connection to the outside. The rest of the existing house will be rendered to match the new extension creating a harmonious design.
