Devonshire Avenue

Scheduled to be completed around October 2021, this scheme involves the conversion and extension of an existing building, a former care home, into a 9 apartment unit that will house a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom dwellings. There will be remedial work undertaken as well as soft landscaping work - this will include the building of electric vehicle charging points that will compliment the 13 car parking spaces that will be included within the development.

Located in the Roundhay area of Leeds, the scheme had just begun when the country went into the first lockdown and so the competition date stated above reflects the delays we have experienced along the way. We have encountered obstacles relating to the existing structure during our time working on this scheme but the PARKdesigned team found a way to work around them and avoid any major delays.

We are really excited about this scheme and we can't wait until it is finally finished.
