Camberley Kings Court

Things are progressing brilliantly down in Camberley as the on-site construction team are working well and we remain on target to complete this phase of the scheme on time. The team recently visited the site and below you can see the progress made over the last 5 weeks.

By making use of the site’s existing building, Kings Court, as well as the derelict land adjacent to it, we will create a modern mixed-use site that will house, in all, 79 residential units, 2 retail units, and a 19 space car park for staff and residents.

The new development will not only add much-needed accommodation to the town centre but will also help rejuvenate and modernise the surrounding area by making use of the vacant land that was otherwise not going to be used.
