RICS Finalist 2016 Tourism and Leisure - Primal Gym

PARKdesigned were commissioned by Primal to create a new gym in Leeds. The gym is located in the heart of Leeds Dock on ‘my street‘ just a stones throw from the Royal Armouries. Primal has a revolutionary new approach to health and fitness that is focused entirely on members enjoying their gym and getting results.

RICS Finalist 2015 Building Conservation - Chadwick Lodge

PARKdesigned were commissioned to refurbish an existing grade two listed building into music recording studios and offices. Chadwick Lodge is named after former textile businessman John Chadwick and was built in a classic Georgian style.
