PARKdesigned leading commercial architects in Leeds, were appointed by IPM Estates to transform a prominent derelict town centre site in Camberley into a vibrant mixed-use development. Our design revitalises the existing building through a considered conversion and extension, safeguarding it from further deterioration while enhancing the character of this key gateway location.

The development comprises 81 high-quality apartments, creating much-needed residential space in the heart of Camberley. By integrating contemporary architecture with the site’s existing urban fabric, we have designed a scheme that balances modern living with the surrounding context. The regeneration of this site not only improves its immediate setting but also contributes to the wider town centre, bringing new life and activity to the area.
