Wakefield House Extension

PARKdesigned are nearing completion on a house extension and alteration in Wakefield. The house has been extended at the rear of the property to provide a large open plan kitchen/living/dining area. The existing kitchen has been transformed into a new utility and shower room.

The burnt cedar from shou sugi ban will be fitted this week to provide a striking appearance externally. The green roof has been fitted and helps to continue the green view from the first floor over and onto the public open space. The project is due to complete at the end of month.
