University Projects

PARKdesigned have recently been looking at two projects for a top University in England. The first project is to relocate and design a new campus security centre for the University. The project is to accommodate an easy to find, open and welcoming ‘SafeZone’ for all students, staff and citizens on campus, as well as providing new staff facilities for the security team. The project will convert an existing building, and provide a new friendly and welcoming Security Centre for everyone on campus.

The second project is to convert an existing building to give postgraduate students an additional set of instruments for the further development of a successful student-staff partnership. A new informal learning space will enable taught students to identify and connect with other members of the community in a setting that promotes collaboration, cohesion and a sense of community.
