PARKdesigned are pleased to have gained planning approval in the greenbelt of Leeds.

Located in Horsforth, West Yorkshire, this scheme involves a complete overhaul of the property’s ground floor as well as some work below ground.

The rear extension has two fantastic features being a large pivot door that allows easy access from outside into the dining space and a large up and over rooflight that will bathe the existing house in natural light.

Other works include a large lightwell to the front of the property that will provide access into a newly renovated basement.
