Roundhay Conservation Area Planning Approval

PARKdesigned have recently gained planning approval for a complete house refurbishment in the Roundhay Conservation Area. The existing house will been completely altered to breathe life back into a tired house. A new large open plan kitchen/living/dining that opens out onto the garden will be the focal point of the house with a separate lounge area located at the rear. Two additional bedrooms have been designed along with a new outdoor entertainment space that opens out into the garden on the ground floor.

At the first floor a new master suite has been designed with dormers to provide views over the rear garden. Work is due to start later this year.
