East Yorkshire House Extension and Alteration

PARKdesigned are currently working on a very large house extension and alteration for a private client in East Yorkshire.

In the existing house a new kitchen with pantry, lounge area, bar and wine cellar have been proposed. Moving through the house you are then led to a glass link that provides a connection from the existing house to the new two storey extension.

On the ground floor of the new extension the client will have a 20m pool with separate sauna and steam room, changing rooms, gym, utility room, boot room, separate WC, triple car garage and a show garage.

On the first floor of the new extension the client will have a bar and confectionery counter that then leads into a cinema room, a games room, office and balcony overlooking his grounds.

The extension has been designed with a solid brick base that echoes the existing house. The first floor is more contemporary with the use of timber that overhangs the brick. A separate timber carport is also proposed along with landscape gardens.
