Residential Development Camberley

We recently visited our King’s Court site in Camberley and the project is progressing as planned.  The scheme is a high quality mixed use development in the town’s distinguished centre and consists of 81 residential properties, two retail units and 19 car parking spaces. There will also be secure storage for bicycles.

The building is now starting to take shape and its size can be seen. The inner leaf Structural Framing System - which will provide the main structural support - on the upper levels is nearing completion and the external cladding panels for the top two floors are developing well.

Work will soon begin on both the inner leaf blockwork for the ground floor areas and the external brickwork outer leaf to protect the site from the penetration of moisture via rain or other means.

Upon completion, the project will feature a courtyard with contemporary paving and green spaces as well as a roof garden utilizing the same type of paving with fixed timber benches for the residents to enjoy the sunshine in style and comfort.

It is an exciting time for the town centre, which was recently allocated 1,989 new homes out of the 5,354 to be built in the Surrey Heath borough between now and 2038. Regarding the town centre, the plan by the Surrey Heath council aims to ensure the area remains an attractive choice to live, work and shop.

We look forward to announcing the completion of this project which will be a big part of that.
