Residential Scheme Brent

As you might have seen on our LinkedIn page a couple of weeks ago, we are delighted to announce that we have submitted a planning application for a scheme in north-west London called Stonebridge Court.

The property is currently a four-storey brick and render apartment building that contains 16 two-bedroom flats. Our client is hoping to create a single storey roof extension that will yield a further 4 flats. This will provide greater housing opportunities for people in the immediate area as well as provide work for local tradesmen.

Proposed Appearance

The building is located within Stonebridge and is flanked by Brentfield Road and Stonebridge Park. The surrounding area consists of terraced housing as well as large apartment blocks. Importantly, there have been similarly done projects in the surrounding area where multi-storey buildings have had roof extensions.
