Residential Development

PARKdesigned have begun work on the technical information for a mixed use development consisting of 79no. residential properties, 2no. retail units and 19no. car parking spaces in Camberley.

The project before PARKdesigned were involved was for the permitted development conversion of the existing Kings Court building from office to residential. PARKdesigned re-worked the scheme and gained planning permission for an additional 49 apartments over six floors. The proposed extension will have a new separate entrance but will conjoin to, and share the escape stairs, at the corners of the existing building.

Work on site will begin later this year.
