RESIDENTIAL APARTMENTS LONDON

PARKdesigned are currently progressing a planning application for a 26 unit residential scheme in greater London.  The scheme is an extension to a 40 unit permitted development scheme that is currently under construction.

The new extension is to be a contemporary addition to the development which has drawn inspiration from the existing brick building’s proportions. Its simple rectilinear form will be expressed in the elevations by the use of contrasting precast concrete against the brickwork.  All fenestration will be simple, regular and large openings to match the contemporary nature of the extension.
