Planning Permission in Leeds Greenbelt

PARKdesigned have recently gained planning permission in the Greenbelt in Leeds. The proposal is for a rear extension to provide additional living space for the family.

A large single storey extension provides space for a gym, bedroom, wet room and second kitchen/living/dining area. Externally the material being used for the new extension will be black profiled corrugated wall sheeting panels. This will reflect the agricultural surroundings and help minimise the impact of the extension on the wider countryside.

The property owners have recently purchased the existing house that is in need of a complete refurbishment. Due to the level change at the rear of the property the existing house is disjointed with the garden. Introducing additional living space at the garden creates a better connection. The extension will be a contemporary addition that provides wide views across the gardens and fields.
