PLANNING PERMISSION IN A CONSERVATION AREA

PARKdesigned have obtained planning permission in the rural village of Thorner for a two storey rear extension and internal alterations. The 200 year old house set within a conservation area has had many alterations over time, creating dysfunctional spaces for modern living. The proposal is for the demolition of the rear extension with an addition of a new single storey entrance and two storey extension. This will extend 1.8m further than the previous extension to provide a Kitchen and WC at ground floor and bedroom and shower room at First Floor. Further works involved are the re-location of the main stair.
