LEEDS REAR EXTENSION

PARKdesigned have obtained planning permission for a large rear extension with internal alterations in the greenbelt in Leeds. The new layout provides an open plan kitchen/living/dining area at the rear with a new utility, WC and cinema room. The bi-folding doors and rooflights allow light to flood into the middle of the house whilst the large openings enhance the outside connection. The project will start on-site soon with a completion date of early next year.
